剩菜主动打包,“小份菜”“小份饭”渐成主流……春节期间,记者在福州各大餐饮企业走访发现,文明用餐已成为不少餐饮经营者和消费者的共识。在各大餐厅,随处可见“反对浪费 崇尚节约”“文明餐桌”等提示语,文明用餐氛围浓厚。

“我们倡导节约粮食、反对浪费,鼓励顾客按需点餐,避免过度消费。同时,也提供了公筷公勺等,以减少疾病的传播风险,保障公共卫生安全。”一家酒店的负责人说,许多家庭点餐时都会主动询问服务员,根据家庭成员的口味和食量合理安排菜品数量,这不仅避免了浪费,也让团圆饭更加精致、更加有意义。
