中秋将至,省市场监管系统委托省质检院等承检机构,对全省食品生产企业、超市、糕点店、餐饮店、网络销售等不同业态热销的871批次月饼开展监督抽检。

监督抽检严格按照《全国食品安全监督抽检实施细则(2024年版)》规定组织实施,检验项目涵盖食品添加剂、微生物和质量指标等。经检验,合格月饼867批次,不合格月饼4批次,抽检合格率为99.54%。

省市场监督管理局相关负责人介绍,针对抽检发现的不合格月饼,属地市场监管部门已开展核查处置,督促生产经营者履行停止销售、下架、召回和公告等法定义务,依法查处违法违规行为,有效防控食品安全风险。
