眼下,连江筱埕镇正迎来鞭炮笋上市季。

近日,记者在筱埕镇蛎坞村海域看到,渔民们扯下一簇簇色泽鲜亮的鞭炮笋,扔进船舱。鞭炮笋学名马尾藻,因口感脆嫩、人们咀嚼它时发出类似鞭炮的声响而得名。经过烫煮、盐渍初加工的鞭炮笋在接受净菜处理后,一部分直接装箱发往国内大型连锁餐饮企业和批发市场,另一部分则在车间里继续走精深加工路线,变成开袋即食的海藻零食。

“近两年,鞭炮笋逐渐成为火锅市场的‘网红配菜’,市场需求明显增长。作为目前国内首批尝试定向养殖鞭炮笋的企业之一,我们今年委托渔民定向养殖了约2000吨鞭炮笋。”福建亿达食品有限公司总经理邱威杰向记者介绍,“除了供应火锅店等,鞭炮笋还能用来凉拌、清炒或搭配泡面,吃法比较多样。”
