春节假期将至,为规范行业经营行为,保障游客权益,弘扬文明经营新风,提升游客游览体验,福州市旅游协会、福州市餐饮烹饪行业协会向全体会员单位及行业发出新春服务倡议。

节日期间,餐饮经营单位要规范菜品、酒水定价,明码实价、童叟无欺,不串通涨价,不诱导消费,让游客消费透明、放心舒心。餐饮行业要严格落实食品安全主体责任,严把食材采购、储存、加工、留样等各环节关口,杜绝过期、变质、不合格食材上桌,规范餐具消毒流程,坚守食品安全底线;积极响应“光盘行动”号召,主动引导游客适量点餐、理性消费,提供小份菜、半份菜服务,共同践行文明消费理念,传递勤俭节约的良好社会风尚等。
